What are the shipping rates?
Since we ship your hoop in a box to protect against damage, we can normally ship a hoop anywhere in the lower 48 states via Federal Express Home Delivery, for around $11.00 or less. Canyon Hoops automatically computes and displays shipping charges prior to final checkout. You can request USPS or UPS via a call in order. We use Federal Express shipping in all other cases. Other carriers available upon request. We recommend shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Purto Rico be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All International orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail at current quoted prices. We do not add additional handling charges for shipping. Volume shipments will significanly reduce per piece cost of shipping..

Yes! Shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico addresses are included during checkout. Please call our store for shipping charges to other locations outside the U.S.

An item is missing from my order?
If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:
Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt located inside the shipping box. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list and charged on your credit card. If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email on the backorder and we will NOT charge your credit card for that item.

Canyon Hoops offers a no questions asked 30 money back guarantee on all Canyon Hoops products. Simply email or call us and we will authorize your return. We refund your purchase price within 24 hours of receipt of the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for the return cost of freight unless we mutually agree that the item was defective, in which case Canyon Hoops will pay for the return freight or authorize the customer to dispose of the item at their location.
We also provide a lifetime guarantee on Canyon Weighted Exercise Hoops which use the 200 psi tubing. If the hoop should kink, crush or break during normal use we will replace the item at no cost to the customer.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery,American Express, Paypal, and a personal check or money order. You may also indicate you are paying by phone during checkout and call us with your credit information and we will put the order through your credit card.
