This Ultralight dance and performance hula hoop is ideal for more experienced hoop dancers, children and small body types that want to experiment with all types of hoop.  You can choose your overall hoop diameter and finally pick your favorite color combination from our large variety of decorative glitter and grip tape colors.  We do not recommend this hoop for hoop dance beginners.  New hoop dancers should try our 160 psi Standard Dance Hoops (details) or our 3/4" 125 psi control flex dance hoops (details).  Call for more information 877-914-6677.  As always custom sizes and color combinations are available.

Love this hoop! I am an intermediate hooper and was looking for a lighter and faster hoop to advance quickly while avoiding all the heavy bruising I was experiencing with other hoops . I have a small frame and lean body and have had issues bruising really easily with most beginner hoops - especially when hip/chest hooping. I ordered the 36" dance hula hoop ultra flex. At 10oz it glides around my body smoothly and made my transitions feel much more effortless. This hoop also made it so much easier for me to finally get the hang of chest hooping! And it is just perfect for learning off body dance moves. I couldn't be happier, I plan on ordering a couple more of the same to incorporate multi-hoop dance moves. Also love that the colors can be customized!
