The lighter tubing used in this "Super Flex" 3/4" 100 psi hula hoop is more flexible and responsive than our "Control Flex" 3/4" 125 psi variety. Just another option in our large selection of Dance and Performance Hoops. It's always a matter of personal choice. This is the ideal hoop for the intermediate or performance hooper. This 3/4" 100 psi hoop fits closer to the 1/2" 125 psi in weight but being a bit larger in pipe diameter we feel is easier to control for body and off body standard dance moves.
