Hooping with reflective, fluorescent, prismatic and glitter tapes really heightens the experience for you and anyone watching as light is reflected off the hoop in all directions. A little lighter than Canyon Exercise Hoops these hoops are made from 160 psi poly tubing and have been sized and weighted to provide the ideal learning hoop. I have had a lot of hoops, but always come back to Canyon Hoops. They are the best. It's easy to fit the ends together when you get them. These Dance Exercise hoops are good if you are just starting out doing tricks, and for starting new tricks. I have both a 42 and 38 inch. I use the 42 for new on body tricks and the 38 for new off body tricks. Hooping has been great for my core muscles, back, and arms. I took up hooping as a not so fit 47 year old, so you are never too late to start having fun!

These hoops are awesome! Really easy to assemble. I bought both a 42" and a 38" hoop, I like both sizes because I can do something different with each size. If I was going to choose which size I prefer it would be the 38" because with it I can go faster and do more tricks. (I am 5'7 and of medium athletic build.)

This is the first hoop I have purchased from Canyon Hoops. It comes unfinished for smaller/ easier packaging but the directions are very easy to follow on how to unbend and connect the ends. The extra tape included is nice and so far I have loved every minute of hooping. Thanks guys.

I love my hoop! It is so easy to do. I use it for 30 minutes a day and it's a great workout and fun! The weight helps keep the hoop moving and in place around my waist.
